Linda and François Gallix have been playing together for over twenty years. Over the years, they have developed numerous projects alongside musicians from all over the world, from North Africa to West Africa, passing through the United States and South America. For this trio, they join forces with young French-Bolivian drummer Sol Espinoza.
Their repertoire brings into dialogue the great standards of bebop and hard bop with compositions enriched by African and Moroccan rhythms. This approach aligns with that of Randy Weston, who brilliantly explored the links between traditional music and jazz, creating a bridge between cultures and sounds.
