Organized by the Moroccan Association for Aid to Children in Vulnerable Situations (AMESIP) with the partnership of the Institut français de Fès, the L'Olive au Cœur festival celebrates the olive tree as a symbol of sharing, peace, and legacy. This cultural event brings heritage, artistic creation, gastronomy, and civic engagement into dialogue through a multidisciplinary program featuring artists, chefs, researchers, producers, and audiences from all backgrounds.
Through meetings, workshops, culinary discoveries, live performances, and discussions on agroecology, the festival highlights skills related to the olive tree, Mediterranean traditions, and contemporary environmental challenges. Supported by young people from the Kan Ya Makan Rdda center, it upholds the values of solidarity, inclusion, and legacy, making the olive tree a true bridge between culture, territory, and the future.
