What’s on
As part of the Night of Horror, discover Sanguine, the French social body horror that shook Cannes 2026.
Margot begins her internship in the emergency department, where she struggles to adapt. Very soon, she faces patients her own age presenting with unexplained symptoms. The repetition of these cases intrigues her, especially as she begins to observe increasingly disturbing manifestations on her own body. Gradually, she realizes that this phenomenon goes beyond the medical realm and could be linked to something much larger and unsettling.
