Frequently asked questions

How does payment work?

Yearly invoicing, paid once, by bank transfer or CMI. No automatic renewal: we remind you a month before it ends and you decide whether to renew.

How long does it take to activate my plan?

Once the contract is signed and the first payment received, your listing goes Featured or Premium within 24 to 48 business hours. The Premium editorial article is delivered within 2 weeks.

Are the Google reviews filtered for Featured / Premium venues?

No, never. Où Sortir’s editorial quality rests on transparency: every Google review stays displayed as is, including on paying venues’ pages. Featured/Premium venues gain visibility, not leniency.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, at any time: the unused part of your current plan is deducted pro rata.
