Our review
Derb Si Said, just steps away from the Bahia Palace and the mellah, Angsana Heritage brings together six restored riads totaling 42 rooms. Each house retains its fountain patio and rooftop terrace, with decor that blends Moroccan craftsmanship and contemporary touches. In the morning, the Moroccan breakfast changes daily, and in the evening, Si Said restaurant serves local cuisine based on fresh produce.
Welcome begins with mint tea and pastries, setting the tone: a caring team, spacious rooms maintained daily, and cocktails served on the terrasses in the evening. The spa combines Asian-inspired treatments with a traditional hammam. Stay here for your first trip to Marrakech, as a couple or with friends, with the souks within walking distance and tranquility returning as soon as the riad door closes.
Keep in mind: the riads do not all have the same amenities, and only some have a private pool, so specify your expectations when booking. Expect more than 1,300 dirhams per night; the hotel lends a smartphone for navigation and organizes airport transfers and excursions to the Atlas. A solid base for experiencing the medina without succumbing to its bustle.
