Fora Wellness review: our verdict
At Fora Wellness, the experience extends beyond the mat. The studio lines up its reformers beneath white arches in soft light, while the adjacent bar takes over with hot or iced matcha lattes, plant-based milk options available, healthy plates, and cookies that have gathered a devoted following. A small boutique completes the offering with apparel, non-slip socks, and accessories.
The venue is designed for women, including the staff, and the atmosphere reflects this: calm and free from the typical gym stares. The coaches take the time to explain and correct, reassuring both beginners and those who practice reformer three times a week. This isn't the place to lift heavy weights or engage in a cardio session that leaves you sweating; here, the focus is on posture, breathing, and core strength.
The best tip: schedule a session before heading to the office, as the studio opens at 7 a.m. from Monday to Saturday and closes on Sundays. The drink to order: the matcha latte, iced when it's hot outside. Note: the studio is located on the second floor of the Toudgha business center.
