Lchic Spa Agadir review: our verdict
Two stone tables sit in a room with dark, white-veined walls, surrounded by copper buckets, black soap, and ghassoul placed in small bowls: the Lchic Spa hammam is traditional in its gestures yet modern in its decor. The basic ritual combines black soap, exfoliation with a kessa glove, and an argan oil shampoo; longer formulas add ghassoul, a nila mask, and a massage.
This neighborhood institute, located in Cité Al Mohammadi, works closely with vacationers: a driver picks them up from their hotel and returns them for free from the tourist zone. Couples can enjoy the hammam and massage together in the same room. This is not a public hammam where you bring your own bucket, but a privatized treatment by appointment, closed on Sundays.
The good deal: the relaxing hammam and massage package for 400 DH for two hours (rates raised in October 2026). The trap: coming as a couple without realizing that exfoliation is done side by side. The best time slot: Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm; tea awaits upon exit.
