Blùssom review: our verdict
The café opens at 6:45 and stays open until midnight, covering the entire day from the first coffee to the last dessert, with the Tamaris sea as its backdrop. Brunch is the natural entry point: plentiful and served to soft, gentle music that remains discreet enough to let conversation take center stage.
People come here to relax by the sea, whether as a couple, with friends, or as a family, drawn by clean, faultless cuisine. Service is friendly and attentive, with a few staff members who clearly stand out. However, it's not ideal for large appetites: some dishes seem small for their price.
The pitfall: bringing pastries bought elsewhere is strictly forbidden, and the reminder comes quickly. The smart move: opt for the generous brunch rather than plated dishes; a dish costing 110 DH may seem small (as of March 2026).
