Copacabana Beach by O'Atlas review: our verdict
The program is simple: a chaise longue, a 320 m² pool shaded by palm trees, and lunch served right by the water. Copacabana Beach is the hotel O'Atlas's pool area, located at kilometer 20 on the Ourika road, surrounded by palm groves, a mirror-like basin, and mojitos set on wooden tables. The pool-house kitchen blends Moroccan and Mediterranean specialties, served à la carte.
You come here for a day of relaxation far from the souks: as a couple, with friends, or as a family since children are accepted at a reduced rate. The place remains calm, clean, and rarely crowded; lunch portions are generous, and the manager checks in to ensure everything is going well. In July and August, a DJ sets up each afternoon starting at 2 p.m. It's not a pool party to dance until late: everything closes at 6 p.m.
The good tip: pool access alone for 300 DH per adult and 120 DH for ages 2 to 10, with lunch extra (October 2026 update). The pitfall: coming without booking, as certain dates are privatized for events; reservations are only confirmed after a reply via email or WhatsApp. The best time slot: arrive by 10 a.m., with the last entry at 5 p.m.
