Delta Hotels by Marriott Marrakech Eden Andalou review: our verdict
Here, it's the slides that set the tone: Eden Andalou, now under the Delta Hotels by Marriott banner, has built its identity around an aquapark featuring a pirate flag structure, a water mushroom, and several massive pools lined with sun loungers. The rest follows the same blueprint: ochre buildings inspired by Andalusian architecture, a patio planted with banana trees under the arcades, a bar under a dome, and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance during winter.
This is the address for a family stay with children or a pool day with no need for planning: varied buffets, evening grills on the central square, a recent gym, a hammam and spa at the Bains de l'Eden, and padel courts. The staff is friendly and available. This is not the hotel for strolling through the medina every day: you'll need a shuttle or a taxi, and the aquapark is starting to show its age.
The good deal: the day pass, which opens the pools and aquapark to non-residents along with the lunch buffet; depending on the package, it also adds a spa visit or an hour of padel (rates and availability to check, limited spots). The pitfall: assuming the spa is included in the all-inclusive formula, as it is paid for separately.
