Jaal Riad Resort review: our verdict
Children are not allowed at Jaal Riad, which significantly alters the atmosphere. This resort in Agdal is organized around a very long pool lined with palm trees and sun loungers, plus a heated indoor pool for winter. The decor leans heavily on spectacular Moroccan elements: an ogee arch gateway, a lit fountain, a zellige patio visible from the galleries, and fireplaces in the lounges.
You come here for a relaxing stay with friends or a couple: well-stocked buffets from morning to night, five restaurants, and a bar, alongside aquagym and aquadance by the water. The resort also offers creative workshops, an art gallery, a concept store, and a library to occupy the hottest hours. By definition, it is not for families, nor for those seeking the intimacy of a ten-room riad.
The best tip: a creative workshop between swims. The best time to visit: winter, when the heated indoor pool takes over. Note that Jemaa el-Fna and the airport are about ten minutes away by car.
