Lucy In the Sky review: our verdict
High-altitude Casablanca at night, bathed in soft, ambient lighting: that's what Lucy In the Sky sells, and it's for this panorama that we accept its rules. The decor is meticulously crafted in every corner, the fusion menu blends international influences with local touches, and the cocktails are as beautiful as they are delicious.
The venue aims for dressed-up outings: intimate dinners, chic after-work gatherings, or nights out with friends when the DJ turns up the volume—loud but not so loud that conversation is impossible. At the door, security filters guests, and shorts are refused for men. To sit at a rooftop table, you must order food, tapas, or full dishes; a simple drink is taken at the bar. Service varies by evening, from glacial to perfect. This isn't the place for an impromptu beachwear outing.
The trap: arriving in shorts, or hoping for a table for just a cocktail. The smart move: without a reservation, head straight for the bar, which also welcomes those who haven't booked. The ideal slot: a night with a DJ set, when the room and the view take on their full meaning.
