Les Halles review: our verdict
The service at Les Halles is always a step ahead. The team anticipates, listens attentively, and reacts quickly; this sense of welcome, from arrival to departure, is the true signature of the house. The dish does not merely follow: fresh products, thoughtfully paired flavors, perfectly cooked fish, and desserts that end the meal on a high note.
The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxed despite the care given to every detail, and you feel expected without ceremony. For a dinner for two, a group meal you want to succeed at, or an invitation where you want to be well received, rue d'Ifrane, Casablanca. Not for the late-night crowd: the house closes at 11 p.m., and it is a place where you dine rather than a venue to extend into the night.
Open seven days a week from 8 a.m., Les Halles leaves room for a late lunch or a dinner decided at the last minute. Leave space for dessert.
