La Crêperie du CIL review: our verdict
On comes for the crêpes, on returns for the salads: opened late 2025 on the CIL esplanade, this little crêperie serves generous plates, sweet and savoury, and the salads hold their own against the house specialty. The welcome completes the picture: the managers receive guests like family, and the service is attentive.
The setting, simple and pleasant, lends itself to family snacks, lunch with friends, or a light dinner without ceremony; a games area on the upper floor keeps the children occupied. Purists of the Crêpe Suzette, however, risk going hungry: the orange version lacks brilliance, and not all crêpes are made to order upon request.
The trap: a Nutella crêpe served cold, pre-prepared, at 50 DH (recorded in July 2026); ask for it made fresh. The dish to order: a salad, generous to the point. On the hot drinks side, the verbena at 40 DH (recorded in April 2026) surprises on the bill. Closed on Mondays.
