Our review
At Holy Brunch, the Benedict eggs have no set hours. The brunch menu runs all day long, and the star of the show is the Salmoncado Benedict: salmon, avocado, perfectly cooked eggs, and well-seasoned guacamole. All served in a trendy plant-filled decor that recalls the great European brunch chains.
The adorable and attentive team quickly puts you at ease, and regulars have been returning for years. This is the spot for a brunch with friends, a remote-work coffee break with wifi, or a break with your dog, which is welcome. On the sweet side, the amlou pancakes are tempting, and the burger also has its fans. This is not a cleverly priced, low-cost brunch: you pay for the decor, and service can be slow when the restaurant is full.
Dish to order: the Salmoncado Benedict, the house signature. The trap: the bill, around 135 DH for the signature toast without a drink, and nearly 200 DH per person with a hot and a cold drink. The good time slot: weekdays from 8 am; on Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant opens at 9:30 am and closes at 7 pm.
