Browse Coffee & Brunch review: our verdict
At Browse, brunch is taken seriously: generous plates with fresh ingredients, well-extracted coffee, and formulas like Le Nordique, which brings together smoked salmon on toast, Eggs Benedict, homemade guacamole, potatoes, and granola. On the sweet side, chocolate and fruit pancakes, indulgent without being cloying.
The room is modern and calm, attracting many laptops: it's a place where people willingly work, carried along by a chillhop playlist that doesn't disturb anyone, and dogs are welcome. It's the address for a relaxed brunch or a morning of work near the Habbous and the 2-March Avenue, with convenient parking. It's not the place for a lively brunch with friends: the atmosphere is more like a study hall than a lively meeting, and some find it a bit cold. The bill, however, leans towards the higher end.
The dish to order: a brunch formula, Le Nordique if you like savory. The trap: ordering via QR code, which sometimes leaves you without news for several minutes, and the 20 DH surcharge for French toast, which stings. The good time slot: early in the morning, the house opens at 7 a.m.
