Saveurs d'Asie review: our verdict
Located at the foot of the Amani hotel, Saveurs d'Asie combines a sushi bar and a wok bar behind the same counter. The menu travels from Thailand to Japan via Vietnam, featuring tom yum, pad thaï, curries, nems, salmon tartares, and a long list of rolls ranging from classics to crispy versions. A small terrace stretches out in front at the foot of the façade.
The dining room remains calm, with soft music and attentive service; it's even possible to dine almost alone here. It's a spot for a no-frills meal for two or with family, or for having a tray delivered to the hotel or home. Those seeking a chef-driven Asian table or a lively evening atmosphere should look elsewhere: the cuisine remains simple, and the rice dishes haven't convinced everyone.
The good tip: delivery and takeaway, via an online menu where pad thaï is 70 DH and chicken tom yum is 55 DH (October 2026 prices). The pitfall: coming for the buzz, as the dining room can be deserted.
