Table 3 review: our verdict
No curtain between the dining room and the kitchen: at Table 3, the open kitchen reveals a dedicated brigade and spotless workstations. The chef, also the owner, delivers precise cooking, thoughtfully assembled flavors, and laser-sharp presentations, even daring desserts.
The service hits the mark, present without being intrusive, and a sommelier who knows his stuff guides food and wine pairings. Dim, elegant, and modern dining room, with subtle music: you come here for a birthday, a business dinner that needs to impress, or a meaningful date night. Regulars have their assigned server and wouldn't change it for anything. Not for a casual Sunday lunch: the house is closed that day, and on Mondays it only serves dinner.
The good deal: the menu, with generous portions and reasonable prices for Casablanca's gastronomy. The trap: booking the tasting menu (900 DH, updated in February 2025) without verifying if the entire table must follow, a rule already announced upon arrival during a visit.
