Glaz review: our verdict
Blue and green accents inspired by Brittany adorn the dining room, and the menu follows the same restraint: at Glaz, the product takes precedence, with nothing veering into excess. The house refreshed its menu at the end of 2025, a version that has even convinced those in the trade. The cocktails, meanwhile, hold their own alongside the dishes, which is not so common at the table.
At night, a band plays live at a volume that never prevents conversation: a rare spot to dine to music without raising your voice, whether for two or with friends, on Ahmed El Mokri street, in Racine. The service team is friendly and efficient, and you can sense behind the project a Breton in love with Casablanca. No need to come here to eat quickly, or on a Sunday: the house opens at 6 pm and keeps its doors closed on that day.
The trap: come asking for the egg mollet, cepes and truffle that made headlines in 2024, the menu has changed since then. The right slot: a concert evening, when the music is part of the meal.
