Our review
Avenue de la Ménara, nestled within the gardens of the Four Seasons Resort, Azzera sets up its outdoor tables by the adults-only pool, surrounded by palm trees, olive groves, and flowering shrubs. The cuisine is straightforward Mediterranean: grilled meats and fish, seafood, and a few light sandwiches. To finish, the pistachio ice cream is the one you order with your eyes closed.
The setting is the main charm: greenery everywhere, the sound of water, and a calm that contrasts with the nearby city. The service is warm and attentive to detail. You come here for a prolonged lunch for two, a meal among friends in the sun, or a break during a pool day with a cocktail prepared at the bar. It's also a way to step into the universe of a palace without spending the night there.
Keep in mind: the cuisine remains uneven, with some plates just barely sufficient in quantity and desserts that lack substance for the price. Lunch is served from noon to 5 p.m., costing more than 150 dirhams. For the setting and serenity, we are happy to return.
