Casa Abracadabra review: our verdict
At Casa Abracadabra, the pool is heated to 30°C year-round, with loungers lined up in the shade of olive trees and hammocks strung between the trunks. The pink adobe house features twenty-four rooms with wooden ceilings, curved headboards, and rattan pendant lights, along with a large glass room that glows at dusk beneath the palms.
Located at kilometer 13 on the Ourika road, about twenty minutes from the medina, the venue embraces the countryside: Moroccan and international cuisine using produce from the vegetable garden, bars, a hammam, and treatments, including a memorable four-hands massage. Service is discreet and attentive. It's ideal for a stay for two, an anniversary, or a day by the water with friends; not for those who want to go out to dinner in the city every evening, as the journey counts.
The good tip: come for the day for the pool and lunch, then book a night (check the formula and rates with the house). The treatment to book: the four-hands massage.
