Kartell Kollektiv review: our verdict
The filter is what you come to Kartell Kollektiv for. The bar works specialty coffees roasted in Morocco, served in V60 or pour-over, with real extraction precision; the americano, cortado, and latte complete the menu. Around it, a sober decor with charm, a carefully chosen playlist, and a terrace that takes in the sun.
Rue Halab is quiet, the place both lively and tranquil: enough to work, read, or meet someone without raising your voice, wifi included. The team is friendly, even if service has had its ups and downs. Espresso lovers, however, risk going hungry: it's not the house specialty.
The good tip: go for the filter, V60 or pour-over, rather than espresso. The best slot: a sunny morning, for a latte on the terrace.
