Restaurant Bio Med review: our verdict
Here, there is no menu to read; you simply sit down and the menu arrives: seafood soup, fish tajine, fish skewers, whole grilled fish, followed by a fruit dessert. The unifying theme is herbs: bunches dry above a spice stall, and they perfume the dishes as well as the house juices, served in place of sodas. The spoons are wooden, and the dishes arrive in earthenware.
The room, tiled with zellige and furnished with dark wood, is calm; the service is simple and attentive. This is the address for great hunger, a family lunch, or friends curious about a meal from the sea in the old-fashioned way. It is not for those who want to compose their own meal, nor for lovers of spicy dishes: the cuisine remains gentle and lets the fish speak.
The good deal: the full menu at 200 DH per person (January 2026 prices), including starters, juices, main courses, and dessert. The trap: arriving without an appetite, as the portions are generous. To know: open every day from noon until midnight.
