L'Aquarium Blue review: our verdict
Dine surrounded by illuminated tanks, where the decor sets the tone: at L'Aquarium Blue, the sea is in command. The menu revolves essentially around fresh fish, cooked to perfection, with an ambition that aims for a fine dining experience rather than a casual port-side eatery.
Service is another strong point: smiling, attentive staff who know how to make a family or couple feel at ease in a cozy room, meticulously maintained down to the restrooms. People come here for a family dinner, a birthday celebration, or a late-night meal, as the kitchen operates from noon until 2 a.m. (14 hours on Fridays). This is not a place for a grilled fish eaten on the go; you settle in for the evening, whether with family or alone.
The dish to order: a fish, where the kitchen is most reliable. The pitfall: clams, which were poorly drained of sand during a dinner in May 2026, to the point of being returned twice; it is better to stick with the fish.
