The View Rabat review: our verdict
The name is no mere affectation: from the rooftop, Rabat unfolds broadly, and that's the image we take away. The rest of the hotel plays a chic minimalist, without gilding, with spacious rooms, bedding that does its job well, and impeccable cleanliness.
The family room accommodates two parents and a child without crowding, making it a practical base for a stay of three; couples, meanwhile, appreciate the sober and restful decor. The staff, courteous and punctual, run the house with seriousness, and the parking simplifies car arrivals. Those dreaming of a charming riad or a medina at the foot of the door will pass by: the hotel is in Hay Riad, in the modern city.
The good deal: book the family room, well arranged for three. The pitfall: relying on the phone to book or ask a question, as reception remains difficult to reach (March 2026); better to go by email.
