Our review
Boulevard Abdelkrim El Khattabi, côté Guéliz, the Express version of Beldi Fusion Kitchen operates from 7 am until midnight. The idea: everyday Moroccan cuisine, revisited without straying too far from tradition. In the morning, it's time for a complete Moroccan breakfast, featuring baghrir and sfenj; later, chicken lemon tajine, followed by a homemade cheesecake to finish.
The dining room features plants, a decor that blends Moroccan touches with contemporary lines, and Moroccan music as background sound; there is also a terrace. It's mainly a family spot, children are warmly welcomed, and the staff is happy to explain what's in the dishes. On the practical side, credit cards are accepted and an ATM awaits at the entrance.
Keep in mind: service can be slow, even when the dining room is nearly empty, and kitchen consistency sometimes leaves something to be desired, with bread or baghrir not always fresh and dishes that don't always match the photos. Breakfast ends before noon, so come early. On days when the team is in top form, the address serves at any hour.
