Blacksmith review: our verdict
Served as an appetizer and throughout the meal, the toasted bread makes a small impression. For the rest, Blacksmith offers a broad menu featuring refined starters, grilled dishes, burgers, and pizzas, complemented by a distinctive decor and a musical atmosphere that encourages lingering on the terrace. To finish, the sweet crepes hold up well.
It is a place to visit with friends or family, accessible on foot from the tourist zone or by car, as parking is easy and free on rue des Orangers, just steps from the administrative district. The friendly and attentive service does much for the venue, and the dining room fills with tourists. However, the food is uneven: skewers can be dry, sides are tired, and the octopus lacks flavor. For a gourmet dinner or a tight budget, it is better to look elsewhere, as prices rise quickly.
The dish to order: the burger or the grilled meats, the most frequent choices. The good deal: to gauge the bill, four friends managed with 460 DH for two starters, four main courses, and water (recorded in April 2026). Open every day from 8 am to 1 am.
