Vanisca review: our verdict
The confit lamb shank with orange sauce defines Vanisca: a generous dish served with the elegance of a much more expensive establishment. The menu travels between sea and land, featuring seafood soups, prawn skewers, perfectly cooked Saint-Pierre, peppercorn veal fillet, and a large salad where mango, pineapple, kiwi, prawns, avocado, and quail eggs mingle.
The modern and elegant decor of Agadir Bay, located in Founty, suits both romantic dinners and family or friend gatherings equally. The service makes the difference: attentive without being intrusive, it takes the time to explain the preparation of the dishes, with names like Ismaël and Saïd often returning. The prices remain in line with the standard, making it not a daily address for a tight budget, nor a place for a quick snack between swims.
The dish to order is the lamb shank, which returns from table to table. The kitchen serves every day from noon until 1 a.m., without interruption.
