Le Sensya review: our verdict
Precisely cooked pasta and a tiramisu that finishes the meal on the right note: Le Sensya serves high-end Italian cuisine, signed by chef Francesco Franzese, in an elegant setting within the View Hotel on avenue du 20 Août. The dishes are carefully presented, the ingredients are of high quality, and the atmosphere is perfect for dinners you want to get right.
Whether for a birthday, a family outing, or a date, the venue offers the service you need—attentive without being intrusive. However, the experience isn't flawless: an overcooked fillet of Saint-Pierre, a fish salad made mostly of bread, and limited attention when a plate is sent back to the kitchen. Those who judge a restaurant by its bill may find the prices high for what arrives on the plate; others will come for the pasta and dessert.
The dish to order: a plate of pasta, followed by the tiramisu. The trap: betting on the fish, which is less consistent than the pasta. Service runs from 12:30 to 15:00, then from 19:30 to 23:00, and closed on Sundays.
