Pinchos Green Town review: our verdict
Generous portions, a fairly extensive menu to suit everyone's taste, and a coffee to end the meal on a high note: Pinchos plays the chic neighborhood restaurant on the promenade of the Ville Verte Golf, in Bouskoura. It's a place you can often return to and try other dishes on the menu without hitting a bad surprise.
The decor, both elegant and warm, suits a family meal or a date for two, when you want to eat well without going down to Casablanca. The servers are friendly and attentive, but the pace remains relaxed: it can sometimes take more than twenty-five minutes for dessert to arrive. Not ideal for a rushed lunch between appointments. A small regret for coffee lovers: a glass of water is not served automatically.
The insider tip: order dessert and coffee at the same time as the main dish; they are the highlights of the meal's end, and they make you wait. Open every day from noon until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
