Rodizio Brazil review: our verdict
The concept boils down to a single gesture: a waiter arrives with a skewer, slices the meat at the table, and keeps coming until you say stop. Rodizio Brazil has brought this churrascaria ritual to Mohammed VI Boulevard, housed in a large tropical hall featuring pine-green benches, a black-and-white graphic floor, hanging plants, and an additional terrace.
This is a spot for families and hungry groups: the meat arrives well-grilled, and the salad and side dish buffet allows everyone to compose their own plate. Large screens also make it a go-to destination on match nights. It is less suitable for a quick à la carte meal, as service takes its time, and burgers and hot dogs remain far behind the main formula.
The dish to order: the rodizio formula, with picanha served on the skewer. The trap: the buffet, which is quite spicy, including the potatoes; children who don't like heat will fall back on the meats. The best time slot: an evening for the match atmosphere, or in the morning, since the house opens at 9 a.m. for breakfast.
