Our review
Rue Molière, Belati has carved out a spot on Casablanca's brunch and specialty coffee scene. People come here mainly for the matcha, perfectly balanced and expertly crafted, and for a beldi breakfast made with quality ingredients, served in beautiful crockery. The brunch formula is fresh, flavorful, and offered at a fair price-to-quality ratio.
The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is warm, making it a good address for a quiet brunch, a solo coffee, or a refined weekday breakfast. The morning menu remains its strong suit.
Note: since a change of ownership, regulars find the execution and service less consistent—some dishes like the Eggs Benedict have disappointed where the matcha and beldi remain top-notch. For these two, the address is still always worth a visit.
