O’BEN COFFEE SHOP review: our verdict
Behind the counter at O'BEN, the owner prepares the coffee, which changes the relationship with the place. On the plate, a homemade breakfast with good products, vivid colors, healthy ingredients, and a presentation that whets the appetite before the first bite. On Sundays, the house switches to brunch, hearty and varied.
A place to start the day well, for a brunch with friends or a quiet morning of work, with Wifi included, on Ahmed El Mokri street. The atmosphere is cosy, the team is smiling and attentive. The bill, however, does not meet with unanimous approval: for five people, a brunch remains reasonable, but some find it a bit high for a neighbourhood café. Those looking for a heavy and fried brunch will be at the wrong door: here, the plate leans towards fresh.
The right slot: Sunday, brunch day. The good tip: opening at 8 am and the Wifi, for a first coffee while working.
