Our review
At kilometer 3.5 on the Ourika road, Bô-Zin has turned its location outside the city into a selling point: you dine in a large planted garden, among ponds, summer lounges and a pergola cooled by misters, or indoors near a modern fireplace. The menu looks toward Asia: dim sum, miso cod, mushroom stir-fried rice, wok and teriyaki salmon, alongside carefully crafted cocktails at the bar.
The evening changes its face as the hours pass. You start with dinner under dimmed lighting, then the resident DJ turns up the sound, accompanied by percussionists and sometimes a singer, without hindering conversation on weekdays. The place targets birthdays, couple dinners wanting a bit of show and friend gatherings planning to stay late: here, we close at 4 a.m.
Note: service can be slow on rush evenings, with tables delayed even for those who have booked, and a credit card imprint is required. With wine, count at least 800 dirhams per person. If you accept the price of the party, the setting keeps its promises.
