Hera Brunch review: our verdict
Turkish eggs, avocado toast with halloumi or mushrooms, scrambled eggs with sausages, thick pancakes, and a pressed juice on the side: at Hera Brunch, the plates are styled as if for a photo, and the taste follows suit. Everything starts with fresh ingredients prepared on-site, right up to the coffee, which could hold its own in a top-tier coffee shop.
People come here for a brunch that truly satisfies, whether with family, friends, or after a morning run: the portions are generous and the bill remains reasonable. The owners are in the dining room, the welcome puts you at ease immediately, and the decor plays up the pretty and cozy vibe. Not for a coffee gulped down in ten minutes or a timed appointment: the house is running at full capacity, and the service follows its own rhythm.
The trap: arriving at peak hour hoping to sit down immediately, as the queue forms quickly. The right slot: at 9 a.m. sharp, from Tuesday to Sunday, as the house is closed on Mondays.
