La Paella 360 review: our verdict
The name announces the specialty, and the sign specifies "fish specialty." The royal paella arrives in its pan, loaded with shrimp, scallops, and peppers; the seafood pastilla, served as a starter, is very large. Around it, fish soup, hake tajine, large mixed fry, and display case fish, prepared in an open kitchen.
The dining room, vast and bright, with its marble fountain and blue zellige, is kept with notable cleanliness; the service is fast, and sometimes only a quarter of an hour passes between ordering and the dish. It is the address for a lunch after a walk in the medina, with family or colleagues. It is not an ambiance restaurant for a romantic dinner: the lighting is bright and the decor functional.
The dish to order: the royal paella. The good tip: reasonable prices for a central address, just steps from the medina. To know: open every day, from noon to 10:30 pm.
