Briganti review: our verdict
Chez Briganti, the evening is about more than just pizza. The team knows how to make a table festive: extremely friendly staff, lively but not noisy atmosphere, generous plates that arrive quickly, both indoors and on the terrace. Pasta and sharing starters form the foundation of a straightforward Italian menu that doesn't aim to impress.
For a birthday, a dinner with friends, or a family outing, with or without a reservation, the welcome is there, and prices remain reasonable. On the pizza front, it's less clear: a margherita at 90 DH (checked in November 2025) arrived flat, with burnt edges and a soggy center, while other tables left delighted with their pizza. Not for long-ferment dough purists.
The dish to order: the pasta, more consistent than the pizza. The trap: the lunch formula, valid only on weekdays, which the menu doesn't specify (February 2026). The right slot: a late dinner, since the house stays open every day until 2 a.m.
