Our review
BRUTT takes coffee seriously, and you can tell from the first cup: precise extraction, real expertise behind the counter. The decor follows the same line, minimalist and dark, with a playlist that sets the tone without drowning out conversations. An address that challenges the codes of Casablanca's cafés a little, without making it a pose.
You come here alone with a laptop, two for a meeting that needs to stay calm, or in a small group for a brainstorm. On the sweet side, pancakes and cookies win everyone over, and the salads hold their own. On the salty side, it's more uneven: the plates are beautiful but light for their price. This isn't the place for a hearty brunch: you sometimes leave with a little hunger still.
The dish to order: a coffee and the pancakes. The trap: the salty stuff, pretty but stingy—a grilled cheese at 120 DH, with no filling (October 2026 update).
